1. The Administrator has not appointed a Personal Data Protection Inspector.
2. Your personal data is processed for registration in the HUSTY mobile application and for keeping your account. Your email address is required to log in, recover your password, and receive notifications about devices linked to your account.
3. Processing is based on your voluntarily given consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Providing personal data is a contractual requirement; registration without it is not possible.
5. Data is transferred to hosting providers with appropriate GDPR safeguards. Data is not transferred outside the European Union.
6. Data is kept for as long as your account exists and removed without delay after the account is closed.
7. You have the right to: request access to your data; rectify incorrect data; request erasure when data is no longer needed or erasure is required by law; restrict processing while correctness is verified; request transfer of your personal data.
